Proven Processes, Better Results – Find Out How

Howdy! In today’s blog post, I’ll explore why people feel the need to reinvent processes—and a simpler way to run your business.

The reality is that you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. For instance, if you need a better sales process or a better way to manage your operations, there are proven systems available that you can adopt and adapt. The best way to develop processes is to research and learn about what already works for other businesses rather than starting from scratch.

My team is full of process fanatics! We use Scrum for project management and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to run our business. We chose these systems because they have a structured approach that provides clarity and accountability, helping our business run smoothly. We know that processes should be simple, and we don’t make things harder than necessary.

Here’s what I believe: Some businesses get stuck winging it with no structure or drowning in bureaucracy, and neither of those things work.

When you have the right processes, you can drive the right outcomes without getting lost in unnecessary complexity.

My advice: If you are looking to improve the way you run your business, don’t waste your team’s time inventing something new. Learn about what works for businesses like yours through research, adapt and execute.

Important Question to Ask Yourself This Week:

Where am I experiencing inefficiencies due to a lack of structure or excessive bureaucracy?
